Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2-3 days. U.S Standard Shipping can take 2-7 business days. U.S Express Shipping 1-3 Business Days 

Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or after cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your orders gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience

Please note, AnnCaines Fashion is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons.

Lost Packages where tracking shows delivered. 

1. File Claim with USPS/or named courier handlers. 

2. File police report 

3. Wait for USPS/Couriers handler investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.
